Mini Update – An Unexpected Windfall

I’m so happy and grateful. While I may not have gotten a $1,200 dress, I did spend 10% of my overall budget on the dress and shoes, so having that extra money is a big help.
In other news, I’ve been experimenting with using tissue paper to decorate candles. I feel another DIY tutorial coming on….
